· Responsible for administering and managing the group\'s health insurance and life insurance policies. It Includes working with insurance providers to implement and manage health & life insurance policies for employees at group level, managing claims, and ensuring that employees have access to the benefits they need.· Assisted in complete hiring process including all pre & post hiring documentation, scheduling interviews & ensure necessary arrangements, prepared personnel files as per checklist, provide orientations.
