Organizing and evaluating the HSE & OJT Trainings as per annual Training Plan
Arranging external training as per training need assessment (TNA).
Monitoring all Fire equipments and fixed installation (Smoke detectors, Call points, Sounders and Control Panel etc) in facility.
Arranging & ensuring the HSE External Inspections stack emission, effluent waste water test, noise monitoring , lung test, dust level test, ambient air test etc.
Arranging the Fire & building stability certificates.
Investigation of Injury / accident / incident & recordkeeping.
Implementing and monitoring Environment Management system as per PEPA & Customers COC requirements in which stack emission, waste water effluent treatment (ETP), Noise monitoring, Land Contamination & waste Management.
Monitoring the Effluent treatment plant system & ensuring the parameter as per NEQS.
