Currently working as an Agriculture Marketing Manager; OG-I and managing portfolio 35 Branches of Sahiwal Circle including Sahiwal, Okara & Vehari regions, from Feb.2017 to till date, where assignments are:

Managing team for addition of fresh quality customers in Agric. portfolio in 30 branches of Sahiwal, Okara and Vehari regions.

 Responsible for the Agriculture financing in assigned branches including processing of proposal approvals till disbursement. Agriculture marketing of handsome parties of related areas compliance to Bank policy and SBP PR’s.

Preparation of Loan Applications and Proposals for Fresh and renewal cases according to SOP’s, Annexure and Manuals.

 Responsible for related documentation for pre and post approval up to disbursement. Audit Compliance and maintenance of portfolio health.

MIS management and all types of coordination and correspondence related to Agriculture financing and compliance of Policies and prudential regulations.

NPL Management and keeping track record of default portfolio of the branches.

cting as custodian of Security and Charge Documents at Branch to ensure Bank interest.

Keeping Branch provisions in check for profit maximization.

Mobilization of team against deposit mobilization and support to branch business targets, Cross selling of different banking products to customers.
