• Complete analysis and batch standardization of all ambient and cold chain products (Butter, Cheese, Jam, UHT Tea Whitener, UHT Milk, Pasteurized Fruit Drinks, UHT Flavored Milk and Pasteurized Milk)
• Monitoring of processing parameters as per quality norms
• Conduct shelf life study and sensory evaluation of products
• Ensure the release of finished products as per QA release policy
• Ensure the Qualitative and Quantitative tests of Raw Milk and other Raw Materials at the time of receiving as per Quality standards
• Ensure the Implementation of 5S, GMP ,GLP and GHP
• Maintain records of analysis reports in online software of SAP
• Conduct worker safety awareness sessions on floor to prevent any unsafe incident
• Conduct safety and hygiene verification audits of process areas and submit report to relevant stakeholders
• Support R&D section in conducting trials of new/ modified products through process monitoring
