The World Bank loan of $230 million for the CLICK Project was approved on June 27, 2019, and became effective on November 26, 2019. The closing date of the loan is June 30, 2024. The project development objective (PDO) is to improve urban management, service delivery, and the business environment in Karachi. The project comprises four components; Performance-based grants to local councils and capacity building, Modernizing urban property tax administration and systems, Improvement of city competitiveness and business environment, and Technical assistance for ‘Solid Waste Management.

Overall project management of TB Reach Budgeting, field planning, training and development of project staff including partners. Organizes and conducts orientation, inception and dissemination and training workshops related to project activities in the district. Establish referral mechanism with DTC for TB patients. Coordination with DHO and DTC on TB and share updates with them regarding project activities. Coordinate with LHW program and EPI at district level to muster support for smooth implementation of field activities and project interventions. Steering different components of the project by collaborating and coordinating with partners. Coordinate and organize donor and official visits pertaining project implementation. Establish full-fledged TB hub in Tando Allahyar for enhancing TB outreach, diagnosis and treatment. Developing voucher system for TB and MNCH patients. Improve MNCH screening by providing free consultations and incentivizing marginalized patients with free transport vouchers.
