NATIONAL SAVINGS CENTRE (JOB DESCRIPTION)
Ø  Managing client bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts, and overseeing transactions.
Ø  Processing Signing on new clients and helping them through the onboarding process
Ø  deposits, payments, and withdrawals.
Ø  Guidelines for investing in different schemes.
Ø  Performing bio metric and conducting KYC
Ø  Handling other transactions, such as writing cashier checks or money orders, when necessary.
Ø  Recommending and explaining banking services and products to clients based on their needs.
Ø  Presenting and cross-selling banking services and products to existing and prospective clients.
Ø  Collaborating with other banking professionals to ensure high-quality client service.
Ø  Resolving client queries and complaints.
Ø  Performing administrative and clerical duties, such as data entry and filing, when necessary.
