Conducting activities related to Student Retention
Approaching and scheduling meetings with varied industries to seek their research needs and propose tailored and apposite solutions. Defining objectives of the research project, method/s and identifying target areas in collaboration with clientele.
Coordinating with ITC team to ensure well-timed completion of projects and reviewing and analyzing data during course of the project. Following-up with clients to keep them informed about their project updates.
Conducting secondary research, preparing bilateral trade reports, concept papers and providing clients with latest trade leads for import and export purposes. Networking and participating in different seminars, conferences and Exhibitions.
Writing website content that includes press releases, newsletters and update other website section.
Receiving and processing online store orders and coordinating with home and garment team, warehouse and conventional stores to arrange stock for meeting customer demands.
Satisfying customer needs to win over them for repeat buying by monitoring customer services team.
Proposing digital marketing budget and different advertising mediums for online store.
Following-up with logistics partner to ensure timely delivery of online orders and address complaints pertaining to customer issues.
Ensuring product availability of all the categories in warehouse.
