Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members\' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
Use and continually develop leadership skills
Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
Perform other related duties as assigned
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

• Developed plans & schedules, resource allocations as per budgets, manpower deployment and conducting team meetings for individual projects; constructed shelters, latrines, including installation of hand pumps in flood affected areas of Sindh and completed a lot of infra-structure schemes
• Designed infrastructure projects, especially Shelters, Latrines and Hand Pump; assisted the Sindh Team in designing, managing, monitoring & evaluating programmes and shelter construction activities
• Provided support for implementing partners to effectively mainstream & monitor cross cutting themes like equality, prevention of gender based violence & disaster risk reduction across the programmes
• Managed & supervised project staff; performed regular reporting, budgeting, proposal development and reporting; conducted frequent field visits & staff trainings; maintained office records
• Supported to overall concern in country programmes, proposal development for new projects and development of strategies for different projects; performed design planning and monitored Shelter & WASH Through Voucher Modality
• Provided technical support w.r.t. design, BoQs, estimation planning, implementing & follow ups; managed hygiene, work safety trainings, social mobilization, technical training and distribution of tools & spare kits of hand pump
• Monitored construction work of all WASH (Latrines & Hand pump), Shelter & CFW of irrigation channels drainage lines activities in Sindh

• Developed aesthetic composition and logistical analysis for models drawings and sketches; prepared 3D renderings & document packages for presentation as well as drawings to meet office standards
• Performed due diligence pre-design research to meet regulatory standards and approval; maintained project tracking systems & prepared construction drawing sheet files; generated designs using a variety of media & graphic techniques

• Managed a project - Improving Livelihood and Enterprises Development, which was a USAID funded project being executed by Relief International (US based INGO), in earthquake affected bagh (AJK)
• Analysed and compiled findings of the needs assessment surveys; provided specialized technical assistance on the implementation of the project activities
• Provided technical support in response to the priority needs of targeted beneficiaries; collected and collated information on Shelter conditions in the project areas; drafted technical specifications for the procurement of Shelter inputs, and planned the quantities of inputs to be procured under the project
• Investigated the possible sources of inputs to be provided under the projects; compiled and collated information on input suppliers in the field areas; assisted in the preparation of lists of possible beneficiaries focusing on the most vulnerable returning families
• Prepared letters of agreement & contracts for distribution and monitoring; assisted in distribution planning as well

• Completed following projects:
o Flood Disaster Relief Houses (ASPK-51 Project) launched CWS/TRD in 2005, Constructed 75 housing units comprising 1 bed & 1 toilet in UC Siyal, District DADU, Drought Disaster (Mitigation & Preparedness) by CRS/TRD
o Constructed 45 culverts in District DADU. Year 2006
o Design & construction of KKD-School, BORIRI. (2006-2007)

• Completed more than 1000 projects

Designed various house projects & executed at the site. Prepare drawings & BOQs, supervise construction work

• Completed more than 50 projects of Interior/Landscape designing, also worked as construction supervisor

• Designed Bungalows, multi-story buildings, and other projects
