Reporting of daily sales, collection of revenue and outstanding reports.
Posting and sending invoices to the customers on monthly basis.
Maintaining payable and receivable ledgers.
Dealing with Trade Debtors and Creditors.
Reconciliation of customer’s accounts and resolving the discrepancies.
Vendor reconciliation and making the adjustment entries after getting approval.
Making Debtors aging reports and analyzing credit risk.
Controlling and submission of payable related reports.
Timely closing of Accounts Payable.
Authentication of Payable balances and proper recording of liabilities.
Preparation and issuance of Debit and Credit Notes to vendors and Customers.
Fixed Assets physical verification and recording of Addition/ Disposal and Transfers.
To ensure strict compliance of operations with company rules and policies.
To find out and investigate possible fraudulent activities &behaviors in the company.
To evaluate internal controls to ensure adherence to management policies and identifying control weaknesses and making appropriate recommendations to the management.
To conduct Pre and Post audit of all branches.
To check petty cash, petty cash related payments and reconcile branch ledgers on surprise visits to branches and all projects.
To conduct Pre-audit of all payments related to petty cash, printing & transportation bills and head office tasks etc.
To conduct comprehensive inventory reviews in stores on how to correct and prevent errors.
To conduct sales audit to ensure customer is being charged with appropriate price and all payments from customers are being routed as per company SOPs.
To conduct audit of all running projects to find out their feasibility and profitability through Cost Benefit Analysis.
Responsible for Inward and Outward Clearing.
Handling Local, intercity, OBC and FBC clearing.
Coordinating with main branch for balancing of clearing transactions.
Local & Online funds transfer.
Monitoring PO/CDR (Issuance, encashment and record keeping).
Monitoring daily Branch Expenditures.
Applying, issuing and managing Cheque books and ATM cards.
Supporting the branch in matters related to operations/sales and target achievement.
Introducing new products and features to the customers.
Account opening after completing basic verification & documentation.
Completing Customer Due Diligence and Know Your Customer process.
Acquiring, retaining and expanding customer relationship with bank.
Issuing Term Deposit Certificates.
Introducing Alternate Delivery Channels to the customers.
