FALAH means family advancement for life and health.This family planning project was funded by US Aid.population Council of pakistan was the main partner.Save the children was the third implementing partner in district Mansehra.

I was responsible to prepare a detail anual training plan and budget these activities at the field level.other than this I used to support the male and female social mobilises in the community to increase the knowledge of the male and female about family planning. As a health Manager in Mercy corps my assigned responsibilities were to look after the T.B, PHC, Nutrition and reproductive health program. I have develop detailed implementation plans for the project outlets in collaboration with district health teams and project staff. Provide training on,communication and polio concern knowledge to the lady health care worker from all union Council of district mansehra.After that the LHWs go door to door and enhance the knowledge of each house hold on repeatedly provision of polio drops.They also participate in polio eradication activities and I used to monitor the activity and identify the poorly covered area .Address the refusal through religious leaders and administration.Having vaccine carrier and give polio drop on spot.I along with the team take part in catch up activities.use the check list and monitor the coverage of polio.

In 1997, I have performed as a field supervisor medical officer in expended program of immunization in district Mansehra was responsible to enhance the capacity of the entire EPI technician.
