Job Discription:   
Budgeting

Establish monthly, quarterly and yearly budget related to all the expenses through administration department.
Preparation, process and manage accounts/ Invoices of the admin department.
Analysis of operating expenses as per the budget and discuss with the management.

Petty Cash Handling

Supervised petty cash, control expenses, operations of the administration department.
Supervised all the cash payable, receivable, reimbursements of the administration department timely.

Procurement

Liaison with the vendors/companies related to company business and issues and quality control.
Researched shortlisted and effectively communicated with vendors for purchasing office supplies and resolving any issues.
Analysis and finalize the Income Tax, GST and other terms and conditions with vendors to finalize the contract.
Make an inventory record of all the office supplies through administration department.
