Writing Proposals, Prepare Designs & Drawings and BOQs of Civil Structure
Technical and Financial analysis of Bidding
Build the capacity of field teams to facilitate mapping of available water resources/courses through sanitary survey to determine drinking water sources and Identify the villages where water schemes to be constructed
Represent organization at Province Level
Provide input in designing and development of Operational manuals for soft activities
Undertake field visits and provide technical support where needed to ensure quality work
Approve the Invoices of Vendors as per BOQ and Prepare their Fund Request to Finance department for approval of Payment

Programme for Improved Nutrition In Sindh (PINS ER-3) in Support with RSPN
Maintain close coordination with Local Government Department and PHED at district level, to build synergies with their program under Accelerated Action Plan
Help in designing training events for trainings of CRPs, VOs/LSOs, Masons, Entrepreneurs, Duty bearers, School Teacher/ SMCs/PTCs, Engineers etc and coordinate with field staff to ensure that these trainings are conducted as per design and schedule
Facilitate Orientation of district level stakeholders about their role in the project 
Facilitate WASH related capacity building events and activities under Project particularly for ODF villages

Represent organization at WASH forums at District level 
Undertake field visits and provide technical assistance for field teams
Undertake Water Testing (Physical, Chemical and Biological)

ïÂ® Preparing detailed estimated cost and conduct rate analysis of items to ensure estimated expenditure
ïÂ® Planning, supervision and Execution of site activities to ensure the completion of project within stipulated time
ïÂ® Coordinate with Site Engineer and Prepare the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports and forward them to consultants and clients
ïÂ® Coordinate with Store Manager for material consumption and demand
ïÂ® Estimation of construction materials for Material updates at Site and also prepares the Material Demand Requests
ïÂ® Schedule regular meetings and record decisions such as assigned tasks and future plans
ïÂ® Measurements and preparing invoices as per BOQ & full fill all the required documents as per SOP and forward them consultants as well as clients for Inspection
ïÂ® Coordinate with consultants and clients for scheduling inspections and prepare detailed verification reports of the inspections
ïÂ® Coordinate with consultants and clients for approval of work and necessary payments

 Supervision of various Site activities such as Dewatering, Layout, Excavation, bedding, compaction, pipe erection and back filling as per approved Shop Drawings and coordinate with consultants for approval of work
 Testing of material such as moisture of soil, bulk density, Field density test and other tests as per standards
 Estimation of construction materials for Material updates at Site and also prepares the Material Demand Requests
 Issue job site instruction in coordination with Construction Manager on site
 Review project specification & inspection and test plan
 Conforms to all the Site operations are done in strict compliance with department safety rules and regulations.

 Supervision of various Site activities such as Dewatering, Excavation, Layout, Reinforcement, Shuttering and pouring of concrete as per approved drawings and coordinate with consultants and clients for approval of work
 Issue job site instruction in coordination with Sr. Engineer on site.
 Drawings Knowledge including Framing Plan, Layout plan & Reinforcement Drawings using AUTO-CAD
 Knowledge of Material & its testing used in Construction of building
 Estimation of construction materials for Material updates at Site and also prepares the material demand requests
 Prepare the Daily work Reports, Monthly Reports and QC Reports
 Supervision of all Construction works and coordinates with other disciplines of building.
 Conforms to all the Site operations are done in strict compliance with department safety rules and regulations
