Working as a part-time Business Development Executive (B2B) for MAC Builders and Developers in their project in Islamabad by the name of Madina MAC Residency. My duties and responsibilities include:• Coordinating with the existing real estate marketing companies affiliated with the project.• Reaching out to further real estate marketing companies from across the country, and convincingthem to come onboard.• Organizing and managing open house events for real estate marketing companies.• Conducting door to door marketing in Rawalpindi-Islamabad region.• Dealing with walk-in clients at the site office.• Coordinating with the existing clients regarding the project update and progress.• Coordinating with the social media marketing team.
Amidst the Covid Pandemic and lockdowns, I started working from home by providing different services such as content writing, client management, data entry, etc. to clients which I sourced from platforms like Rozee.pk, Upwork and freelancer. I have successfully executed multiple projects, ones that stand out are as follows:• Worked with a UK based start-up, an institution that offered virtual Operator CPC courses, for both road haulage and passenger transport. I wrote the entire content for the website and social media accounts and prepared PowerPoint presentations and video tutorials regarding the course content taught at the institution. Also conducted a thorough research about the licenses, permits, and insurances required to operate such an institution, as per UK laws and regulations.• In another project, I managed 200 authors for a publishing house. My duties included corresponding with the customers (authors) regarding the progress of their manuscript via email, forwarding their requests and recommendations to the concerned departments i.e., proofreading, copyrights and graphics. Updating the status of each book on different excel sheets and company’s online management tools.
• Teaching English at the assigned Government school at Lahore.• Creating lesson plans and writing daily progress reports.• Coordinating with the principal and faculty of the school to attract more students towards the access after school English programs.• Training the elementary staff in English language, and use of technology within classrooms for better learning.
• This is a US-based telemarketing job I did during the final semester of my Bachelor\'s program.• My duties included business development, client management, and training newly appointed telemarketers.
• This is a part-time job I did during the 7th semester of my Bachelor\'s program.• My duties included seeking clients, scheduling meetings with them, and offering them the company\'s services.
During the summer break before the final year of my bachelor\'s degree at the university, I did an internship with State Life Insurance Corporation for a period of six weeks. This internship was a mandatory part of my bachelor\'s degree. We had to write a complete report about the internship experience and write a comprehensive note about the company, for instance, its history, organizational structure, and current financial position by conducting horizontal and vertical analyses of the financial statements for the pastthree years.
