Expert pump operator in well services Dowell Schlumberger Pakistan.  Perform Risk analysis before each job, correcting conditions and reporting potential hazard.  Ensure preventive post job maintenance on equipment is performed and equipment is safe, clean and proper working condition for the next job.  Pre job meeting with client and third-party personnel.  Prepare Pre job and Post job package( STEM Reports, Low and High Pressure treating iron Inventory, Chemicals inventory, Function Test of equipment ( Pumping units, Batch Mixture, Compressor, Cutting Bottles, Silos)  Cementing Calculations capacity and volume of casing jobs.  Lead the pressure testing and Well killing operations at Well site.  Rig up and Rig down all cementing Equipment according to Standard and requirement.  Ensure any equipment problems reported and repaired. Make close contact with maintenance department.  Identification of unplanned changes to well site job program and initiation of Management of change (MOC) and Exemption procedure.  Participate in HSE and Quality program and initiatives.
