Audit quality control of raw material and finished products to ensure compliance with established specifications and regulatory standards.
Revising SOP\'s and format of production.
Design, implement and maintain production reports on ERP software.
Ensuring the availability and safe operational efficiency of all plant machinery, installations and premises in order to meet production requirements.
Ensure standards of employes personal hygiene.
Implement and control the production schedule, review and adjust the schedule where needed.
Ensure day to day activites of production and responsible for the planning and execution of production processes.
Monitor quality standards and cost provide administrative support.
Production/Quality Assurance Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES INC:
Identify all issues in the team and provide continuous support to all members according to operating standards on an everyday basis.
Audit quality control of raw materials, packaging components, labels, and finished products to ensure compliance with established specifications and regulatory standards.
Review Production Batch Records and other manufacturing-related documents to verify compliance and record keeping for all mandated manufacturing processes, quality checks, testing, sampling, and sanitation activities.
Assist production manager to supervise the effective working of production personnel and prepare effective production schedule and ensure compliance to all company policies to complete assigned task by production directors and manager.
Implementation of food safety by the application of ISO standards (ISO-9001, ISO-22000(Food Safety Management System) HACCP & GMP)
Ensure standards of employee personal hygiene, hair-cuts, uniforms, fingernails, and head covering as per the department system.
Supervise and monitor all activities carried out by production workers.
Assist in investigating and correcting quality-related issues (including customer complaints) through collaboration with marketing department.
Field Assistant
   RESPONSIBILITIES INC:
Look after import and export commodities and identify insects.
Properly check containers rather they are safe from insects and other dust according to the company\'s SOPs.
Inspection of different commodities and check the quality of commodities.
Commodities quality should be export level according to the requirement of the country.
