Management of Learning management systems (LMS) including oversight of courses progress and updates required in LMS.
Train junior staff members in LMS management to ensure proper delegation of responsibilities while they gain experience which will ultimately benefit company in long term.
Courses publication management including content creation which will be distributed among student to aid their learning.
Management of TSB budgeting and marketing including communication with stakeholders and to implement various marketing ideas to increase outreach.

The Company is engaged in Designing & Furnishing of materials, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of HV & EHV Transmission Line System, Substations, Power Houses and Mechanical Erection of Hydel & Industrial plants, I was involved in ADB REANCHE III MEPCO Multan project and Port Qasim project, Karachi.
Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping of all financial transactions at project.
Monthly Project Accounts and expense reports.
Sub-Contractors Payments.
Withholding Income Tax on payments to subcontractors & rental payments and its monthly report.
Bank Payments and Bank reconciliations (including cheque intimation report and petty cash).
Payroll management including disbursement of salary & wages.
Ensure all payments amounts and records are accurate and reporting to senior management.
