1. Coordinator’s Duties: Coordinator is responsible for:-
a. Being the Coordinator of Wah Engineering College (WEC) University of Wah, I am responsible for conduct of Exam and support to the Controller of Examination of the University.
b. Forecasting of Examination schedules.
c. Prepare Date sheet of B.Sc / MS (Engineering) of five different Programs (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Mechatronics and Chemical Engineering) and Coordinate with all departments.
d. Assign duties for Superintendent of Exam, Dy Superintendent of Exams, Invigilation/ Examiner of staff.
e. Issuance of notifications / circulars for smooth functioning of all exam’s activities (Submission of Question papers from faculty members, Result etc).
f. Maintain academic records of the registered students and Printing of Question papers with full safety/secrecy.
g. Prepare sitting plans for examination of different level of students.
h. Record keeping of all results
i. To monitor weekly syllabus & tracking subject wise details taught by the faculty & teachers.
j. Conduct of all types of Exams (Mid Semester Exam & End Semester Exam)
k. Conduct all type of Meetings (Principal Meetings with Head of Departments, Board of Faculty Meetings, Academic Council Meeting, Board of Governors etc.)
l. Coordination & liaison all types of Visits.
m. Office Management (Reports & Returns, Coordination Correspondence).
