MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES as project Engineer

Provide leadership, direction and supervision for every phase of the mechanical project, ensuring on-schedule completion within budget.
Responsible for overall coordination and management of any assigned mechanical projects or job
Assists Project Manager in the preparation of requests for proposals, prepares and reviews contract documents, develops scopes of projects, invoices, Division of responsibilities, additional work and delay list.
Make daily, weekly and monthly Progress report
update/ monitoring of Level IV Plan on primavera P6
Generate Purchase Requests of consumables, materials, Tools and Services by using SAP
Invoicing, Budget monitoring and costing of Projects
Coordinate with management & staff regarding mechanical work schedule, work sequence, arrangements, resources and method of work.
Coordination with other department Electrical & Instruments, Civil and Machinery
Responsible for all mechanical activities including Structure, Piping and process Equipment Installation.

Major Project / Shutdown
1) Project: Condensate Polish plant for Boiler Unit 3&4, Client:  Hub Power Company Limited (HUBCO), Hub Baluchistan
Installation, start up and Commissioning of condensate polishing plant. Installation of piping and process equipment’s (Ion Exchangers, Acid Tank, NAOH Tank, Raw condensate pumps and dosing pumps). Erection & Fabrication of Piping after hydro testing and air blowing. Completed punch lists before and after commissioning.
2) Outage or shut down for Boiler Unit 4, Client:  Hub Power Company Limited (HUBCO),  Baluchistan
During outage handled Following Major jobs on Boiler unit 4: A) Exhaust Duct Cleaning of unit 4. B) Pre-Heater Piping modification & installation. C) Installation and replacement of Valves in various Pipe lines D) Installation of Pump (P-1054) and associated Piping E) Cleaning and box-up of Condensate drain tanks (D-1024/1025).

Worked as Area Engineer Mechanical with Pak Arab Engineering Private Limited Daharki Sindh
1)  Project: Low Pressure Booster Compressor PHASE - III  
Client:  Fuji Fertilizer Company Limited (Mari gas Area) Well #6, Daharki Sindh
Installation, start up and Commissioning of Three Low Pressure Booster Compressors. Installation of associated piping, structure and equipment’s (Compressors, Engines, Air cooler, Scrubbers, Suction and Discharge bottles, main Skids, fuel gas skid, air filters and Silencers). Hydro testing and air blowing of pipe lines. Completed their punch lists before and after commissioning.

Successfully install or service mechanical system (Compressor, Exchanger, Drum and Pumps etc.) on site.
