I am graduate engineer, having experience of 07 years in production management of spinning machines of polyester yarns, 02 years experience in marketing and sales of raw materials, 01 year experience in quality control of PVC extrusion and now currently working as Assistant Manager in Master Non Woven plant w.e.f 18-June-2021 looking for opportunity to utilize my experience and enhance my skills.
Career started with Al Raai plastic works in April-2011. Al Raai plastic works are manufacturer of uPVC pipes. I was responsible to check production quality. Carrying out different quality tests and directs production team. In Dec-2011, joined D.S Enterprises as Sales Executive. Company deals in sales and marketing of raw materials of paint, rubber plastic etc. I was responsible for product development and sales of new products in the market. Exploring new customers and engage in business. In Dec- 2013, I joined Rupali Polyester Limited as chemical engineer. Promoted to assistant manager in 2015. Promoted to deputy manager in 2018. In August 2018, becomes HOD of the department. There are three production lines of polyester yarn in the department. New production line erected, installed, commissioned in November-2018 in my supervision. In my responsibility is to maintain plant in normal operation as per SOP. Minimal downtime, Quality production, Cost effective, Safety of employees and plant, Inventory Control, Production Planning, Manpower Handling, Stock taking, Projected Cost etc.
Currently I am working as Assistant Manager in Master Non Woven plant w.e.f 18-June-2021. There are 5 production lines under operation. One plant of melt blown extrusion is under trial while another one is under construction.

Assistant Manager
On 18-June-2021, I joined Master Group of Industries, Non Woven unit. There are currently 5 production lines are in operation whereas one Melt Blown SSMMS in trial production and one plant is under construction. In my responsibilities, overseeing all production activities including implementation of production plans, projection of Master Batches and spare parts, maintenance of plants, quality of non woven fabric etc.
Polymer Engineer
Perform regular in-process quality checks on products, processes and safety to ensure compliance to the required quality standard, Perform quality documentation - records keeping and data entry.
Deputy Manager

Accomplish business development activity by researching and developing market opportunities and implanting sales planes, development of new customers, frequent visits to customers and exploring new opportunities, Maintain and updating costumer database.
