§  Visit and map private labs for inclusion in network. Fill interview questionnaires and assist Regional Coordinator and District Field Supervisor for final selection of potential private providers and labs.
§  Responsible to engage and active all the network providers for TB case registration.
§  Responsible to engage informal providers and ensure referral of TB presumptive to rained network providers.
§  Main good working relationship and liaison with district health authorities and other stakeholders.
§  Responsible to conduct project activities including chest camps, community gathering.
§  Organize and conduct all types of monthly and quarterly review meeting including data validation as per assigned targets.
§  Follow-up of instruction of Regional Coordinator through District Field Supervisor for the implementation and reporting of project activities.
§  Ensure uninterruptable supply of ATT drugs/print material (R&R tools) to the private provider and lab supplies to private labs. Ensure to capture of all data from private providers as per project requirements and SOPs.
§  Ensure the implementation of national guidelines for TB treatment and project operational guidelines.
§  Physical verification of all registered patients, labs and doctors for an effective implementation of the program.
§  Counsel response to provider’s concerns regarding TB patients and available facilities
§  Maintain updated record of TB patients at all times.
§  Provide and ensure the display of IEC material at private health facility and labs
§  Responsible for contact screening of the registered patients and follow up of the lost patients.
§  Responsible for timely delivery of ATT drugs at provider’s clinics, lab items to private labs and intimate to DFS and regional managers in case of any shortage.
§  Ensure Quality Assurance of all onboard labs as per national guidelines. Liaison and coordination with assigned private labs for quick issuance of reports to the patients and deliver of B+ samples to X-pert site.
§  Follow up of MDR presumptive till final conclusion and registration at PMDT site.

 Structure credit solutions for customers and prospect

 To mobilize and organize the community to implement one room shelter (ORS).
 Conduct village level workshops with village committee & selected beneficiaries.
 Formation of village committee at village level.
 Selection of focal points.
 Fill out forms and formats, record GPS and photos of beneficiaries.
 Facilitate IOM/LAMP management in field visits.
 Assist in submitting weekly plans and reports

 Supervise the operation and maintenance of Tower Fuel Tanks equipment and facilities in a safe and productive manner.
 Operate equipment as necessary.
 Supervise and evaluate fuel technicians.
 Ensure all bulk inventories are completed and documented in accordance with EPTSC requirements.
 Determine safety, maintenance and inspection methods and instructs and directs workers in such procedures.
