• Work in collaboration with the EHR Development team by providing guidance and assistance in Clinical and Non-clinical Modules of Electronic Health Records. • Collaborative work with the solution architect to maintain the product flow streamline which is necessary for the development of EHR.• Guiding the Design and Business analysis team to make mockups and documents of the product, critically checking every minor detail in the layout plans of the product to ensure the efficacy and usability of the product. • Managing third party integrations e.g., Telemedicine, Pharmacy, Labs, and practice management modules which are backbone EHR systems. • Working in Liaison with the Clinical and development team to ensure the appropriate training and guiding them to ensure the safety protocols according to HIPAA rules and regulations. • Led implementations for physician order entry and electronic medical records. Successfully lead team to create, revise and update all existing implementation and product documentation. • Conduct training and onboarding of providers of multiple specialties on the Athena Health EHR system. • Suggesting new approaches and quality measurements that are necessary for the products to compete with other related products in the market. 

• Works with the design and development team to deliver recommended Intake Forms for the clinical and non-clinical data entry of patients in EMR. • Work in liaison with the Development team to incorporate the clinical Exam section in TalkEHR, a key component for ensuring smooth patient flow. • Work in liaison with the Data Science team to develop strategies to implement the Same Day funding Module in Claims Management System. • Deliver excellent first-rate support to the clinical pharmacy team in conducting a review of data and statistical output to assess the appropriateness of drug utilization and assure the accuracy of results. • Work on Check-in assistant and symptom checker for EHR to automate the HPI and assessment and diagnosis to reduce the charting time of providers. • Introduce the CDS (clinical decision support) module in EHR.

▪ Prepare and submit billing data and medical claims to insurance companies. ▪ Ensure the patient’s medical information is accurate and up to date. ▪ Collect and review referrals and pre-authorizations. ▪ Monitor and record late payments. ▪ Examine patient bills for accuracy and request any missing information. ▪ Help patients develop patient payment plans. ▪ Maintain billing software by updating rate change, cash spreadsheets, and current collection reports ▪ Calling insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary.
