- Sourcing candidates from Job-boards, Social Networking websites(Linkedin), referrals & Internal Databases for the existing clients. Also working on different market mapping exercises on client’s requirement mainly in Construction, IT, Financial services and Media industries.
- Drawing specific search plans to execute different searches, focusing passive searches in case of any scarce skills.
- Using Linkedln as a future tool to generate potential candidates.
- Job Posting on several job-boards with the interface provided by Broad-bean and Kaonix, which posts a single advert on all job boards simultaneously. Handling responses and contacting the best matches and storing the CVs on the database as well.
