Job Responsibilities


Received the P. O’s and inquiries from the customer’s end.

Prepare daily inquiries and purchase plan of local market purchase. As          per customer Purchase orders and inquiries.
Execute procurement related assignment local cash purchasing and credit.
Dispatch deliveries against P.O’s.
Emaill the inquiries as per customer demand.
Ensure the quality and technical parameters regarding product.
Maintain all the documentations record as per company policy

Execute supply chain functions to move products from warehouse to customer.
Reconcile physically all supply chain products with that of delivery and supply documents.
Prepare delivery and documentation of products to be supplied to customers.
Perform physical stock checks in a warehouse or stockroom setting.
Check and examine quality of materials before arranging dispatches through supply chains.
Supply materials on time to meet production schedules and deadlines.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues relating to supply of products.
Check, inspect and manage material returns from customers and retail stores.
Document all materials return records to troubleshoot quality issu
Generate stock analysis report and forecast logistics budget reports.
Reconciliation of finished products with production, Verification and Preparation of logistics payment vouchers.
Manage Inbound and Outbound Logistics operations, 07 kanal, Water tank and API Factory Manga.

Forecasting and Planning of Raw Material for Import and local (MRP).
Received CRF from sales department and generate the PR of Material against order.
Make sure the Receiving and issuance against GRN, MRN and GIN.
Ensures proper execution and implementation of all policies and procedures with regard to picking, receiving, and inventory management.

 Execute procurement related assignment (local cash purchasing, credit purchasing with 140 companies as directed by HOD Supply Chain.
 Purchasing of all consumable parts and accessories and Raw Material like (sheet metal parts, Aluminum Parts, Harnesses), all type of tapes,  plastic parts, packing material, stationery, office equipment, safety equipment and Lubricants.
 Forecasting and Planning of Raw Material for Import and local (MRP).

 Make sure the Receiving and issuance against GRN, MRN and GIN

 Receive the orders/requisition from the order section.
 Convey these orders for production.
 Manage dispatch of finished goods to various customers including corporate showrooms e/c via various delivery vans.
 Manage 60 plus vehicles and outdoor staff.
 Attends to orders received on phone/fax, orders of the salesman and direct party orders.
 Reconciliation of leading direct parties.

  Arrange the vehicles for make sure the deliveries in time.
  Manage the distribution center transportation fleet.

  Verified required inbound/outbound paper work with supervisors.
