Recruitment and Selections by posting job Adds on and conducting Interviews .
Managing Employee Records, File maintenance, recording of Data base informations on Odoo ERP Software  and contracts creation.
Attendance and leave management monthly.
Emlpoyee Benefits management including Salaries, Bonuses, Loans and advance salaries.
Resolving employee conflicts and querries.
Assisting in other adminstrative tasks assigned by higher management.

Talent Acquisition through posting job ads on Indeed and LinkedIn.
Managing other operational HR Processes. 
Employee clearance process and issuing experience letters on completion of employment tenure.
Handled other administrative and operational tasks assigned by the management. 

Worked on Medical Billing cycle .
Payments Posting in system ,patient\'s Charges entries and claims submission to insurances and follow up on denied claims.
