-Coordinating with Maintenance Engineer for plant maintenance with reliability and root cause analysis of failure.
-To take necessary action in order to decrease down time in plant & increase productivity and Fault diagnosis of process in case of warning.
-Perform skills related to the maintenance, repair, installation, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of mechanical equipment and machinery.
-Responsible for maintenance of each biscuit line including dough mixers, rotary moulders, dough feeding equipment, sugar/flour batching system, baking ovens including DGF’s, cooling conveyors, cooling tunnels and biscuit wrapping machines etc.
-Organizing routine servicing schedules and Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts.
