OBJECTIVE

Ability of strong Social Mobilization, Formation of Community Organizations, Need Assessment of beneficiaries, Verification of the selected beneficiaries, Distribution of FI and NFIs, Awareness Sessions, Documentation and Presentation of the project activities have been conducted by me during my job.
Major Responsibilities:
Social mobilization in target communities.
Close coordination with line departments, community stakeholders.
Meeting with community to mobilize and facilitate for sharing project activities to identify and establish liaison with village focal persons.
Meeting with local communities for COs formation.
Close coordination with engineering sections for mobilization and facilitation at field level.
Assist district team’s visits in situational analysis.
Facilitating social feasibility in line with project operation strategy and ensure participation of all stakeholders.
Conduction of Community Management Skills Training.
Identification of skills trainees for Youth Skills Trainings.
Identification of trainees for Business Management Skills Training.
Distribute In-kind and skills kits.
Assess pre and post project interventions in our mandated area for monitoring purposes.
Formulate case and success stories of in-kind and Skill kits given to already existing and potential beneficiaries.
Follow-up In-kind and Skill beneficiaries.
Ensure proper record keeping of social file.
Major Responsibilities:
Meeting with stakeholders in collecting information on ongoing and planned activities.
Implementation of the livelihood components of the program against work plan, targets, time plans.
Development of livelihood components of the program.
Support SRSP contribution to policy action on livelihood, community development and poverty alleviation.
Develop internal monitoring and operational plans that help program.
Monitor field based implementation of program activities including providing guidance to area staff on field implementation and monitoring.
Systematic verification, documentation and filling.
Collect information and analyze information on context for livelihoods.
Identification of the beneficiaries and endorsement of the list from the community and stakeholders.
Cooperation with engineering staff in the implementation of CPIs.
Develop new livelihood initiatives to strengthen social cohesion.
Organize and facilitate training, information sharing with districts team.
Major Responsibilities:
Responsible first dialogue meeting with community stakeholders.
Responsible to conduct community assessment and identify the project beneficiaries.
Work with community leaders to map and prioritize community needs.
Formation of BBCM and COs on village level
Identify and organize appropriate capacity building and support technical staff and resources of the project implementation.
Conduct in-depth meeting with community recovery needs.
Engage in in regular and continuous follow up with the beneficiaries.
Identify and arrange the introductory meeting with the contact person for the program expansion.
Prepare a profile of the village by collecting data on village level on the status of the village population and division into, poor, orphan. widow and destitute.
Endorsed the list of selected beneficiaries from community and stakeholders.
Assist community needs identification prioritization.
Actively involved in the distribution of food to make the distribution process fair and transparent.
Responsible regular contact with community leaders, volunteers, social workers etc.

To identify the socio-economic problems faced by TDPs in District Bannu.
To know about the facilities provided by the Government to TDPs in Bannu.
To find out the level of satisfaction of TDPs.
To put forward recommendation to the policy makers and concerned authorities to improve the condition of TDPs.
