I have completed my Masters of Business Administration (MBA Specialized in HR) from Institute of Information and Technology Sahiwal, Pakistan. I have worked on many small projects as part of my degree program specially my final research paper on “Job Withdrawal Behavior”.
Rahmat Surgical Hospital is a private sector hospital with multiple specialties where I was working as an administrative assistant. As an administrative assistant I assigned multiple tasks as below:
Update and maintain the health records of patients.
Assist patients with initial paperwork.
Schedule and coordinate appointments.
Manage receivable and payable accounts and maintain financial records.
Answer patients’ queries and ensure quality control for customers.
Collaborate with hospital doctors and nurses to help with medical examinations, schedule tests and order supplies.
Interview patients for their appointments.
I have done internship in Meezan Bank Limited in Chichawatni Pakistan where I got an opportunity to work in administration department to have overall idea of administration duties of organization and hands on training to get experience of banking environment. As an internee I was assigned multiple tasks as below for the learning:
Record Inward and Outward Clearings.
Prepare Account Opening Forms.
Receive and Deliver the Cheque Books.
Receive and deliver the ATM Cards.
Inform to the customers about their Cheque Books and ATM Cards.
Fill the online deposit slips.
