Responsibilities
• Implement and maintain all Weatherford Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain close contact with client to be informed about their operational requirements. Analyze these requirements in relation to equipment and personnel availability and if necessary make recommendations/suggestions to customers.
• Prepare forecasts with respect to equipment and personnel utilization and make recommendations for possible critical periods.
• Effectively document and communicate Call out requests from client to all concerned parties.
• Provide and record detailed job briefing to all personnel prior to mobilization.
• Ensure that all Quality documentation, procedures and work instructions / Standard Operating Procedures are maintained, followed and understood by all departmental personnel.
• Ensure Risk Assessments of all Projects are current and all recommendations and Corrective / Preventive actions are closed out.
• Ensure all reports related equipment utilization and maintenance are generated and updated in the JDE system.
• Raising AFE against project based equipment’s.
• Perform regular QHSE visits to work location. Regularly review status of HSE Objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Visit Clients at the Work Site and offices on a regular Basis in order to cement existing relationship.
• Ensure all corrective / Preventive actions resulting from audits, incident investigations, field visits are closed out.
• Communicate all HSE and Product Alerts to relevant personnel and close out recommendations in time.

Responsibilities
• Responsible to maintain a perfect balance of inventory in the organization by liaising between the operations, purchases and sales.
• Receive goods from vendors, check the goods for quality and quantity standards and sort the goods as per the requirements of Dept. DHM, TRS, and DRT etc.
• Sent back the goods falling short of quality standards and demand replacement or financial compensation.
• Provide relevant information to draft inventory accounts and compute inventory turnover ratio.
• Support the Operation manager & Supply chain manager in performing his daily activities proficiently.
• Proficient at managing inventory and maintaining inventory accounts.
• Ability to draft, update, maintain and comprehend inventory accounts.
• Possess superior task, resource and time management abilities.
• Exemplary problem solving skills that helps to identify defects and shortcomings.
• Willingness to work in shifts as per the transportation schedules and production plans.
• Arrange for transporting goods from Weatherford yards to the customer\'s organization or Locations.
• Distribute the received goods suiting every department\'s requirements and goals. Maintain record of the distributed goods with dates and quantities and all these activity done in ERP system as well.
• Update the inventory accounts every week and make certain every transaction is recorded.
• Periodic cycle count DHM dept. due to large number of inventory in and out for ongoing projects.
• Converting inventory into assets for closing AFE different dept. DHM, TRS, and DRT etc

Line II Project, Area Supervisor (RAW Mill)
During Project, my responsibilities include:
• Material, Container Handling & Material Inspection.
• Fabrication of Equipment’s & Ducts, Air slide, Bucket Elevators etc.
• Erection of Rotary Equipment’s, Centrifugal Fans, Bucket Elevator, Belt Conveyor etc.
• Alignments of Motor &, Equipment’s.
• Commissioning of Equipment’s.
• During Project also work as archive coordinator: arrange drawing area vise & good Command on it.
