Maintain the Inventory of Power house depart.
Responsible For Technical Coordination With the Purchase Department Before And After Receiving Of Items.
Responsible For daily and monthly Generation report. L.T report and all types of maintenance and monitoring monthly & yearly maintenance records to check all the documentation that has been completed on a regular basis to see that it meets the company audit requirement.
Responsible to make quotations, intend and intimations of Utilities Departs.
Acknowledgment about heat exchangers,Cooling Towers And Pumps etc.
Maintenance Of Absorption Chillers(210USRT, 180USRT, 180 USRT)Including HeatFamiliar with work on sensor, Gas counter, PT 100, Thermocouple, Solenoid valve, Relay logic.
Electrical Troubleshooting & rectifying fault of all Jenbacher engines and acknowledgment about AC & DC motors, Parameters related to Genset Examining the utilities and operations of Power house, Compressor, Chiller, Boiler and Responsible For Operation and maintenance of following Gas engines.
Troubleshooting Of Low tension (LT) Panels, Distribution Board (DB)panels, Star&delta Resolving and troubleshooting the emerging plant problems of Power house, Chillers, gas engines, Boilers and Demineralized or demi plant.
ACCOMPLISHED TASKS:
Minor overhauling of 02 Jenbacher JMS420 Gasengines.
Commissioning of 4 Atlas Copco +ZH series compressors with their cooling towers.
Preventic and Predictive maintenance of mentioned Chillers.
