Responsible for the store operations as well as store inventory system of Tetra Pak & non-Tetra Pak Stores & Spares.
Ensure timely availability of materials and maintaining optimal inventories of stock items
Keeping a watching full eye on the movement of the materials with a view to control the materials in the warehouse.
Communicate with the warehouse team regarding the store inventory, all departments’ material and other important matters.
Prepares source data for inventory by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.
Ensure Efficient and effective operation of Technical Store by maintaining optimal inventory levels of stocks items and ensuring timely availability.
Review minimum and maximum levels of stock items and maintain stocks accordingly.

Focusing on sale development especially rural areas.
Building lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest purchase options.
Dealing with customer service issues such as queries and complaints (the customer isn\'t always right, but most of the time they are).

Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.

Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
