Started the position as Senior HR Officer and promoted to the position of Acting Assistant Manager in recognition of outstanding leadership abilities.
Hold accountable for compiling and processing payroll information, completing reports and maintaining all related information and records related to Payroll and Health and life Insurance and other benefits to employees. Control staff in the areas of organizational structure, compensation, benefits administration, employee grievance files, and other compiled records such as complaints of sexual harassment and discriminatory practices, including descriptive reports of number and nature of filed complaints. Function in close coordination with EOBI, Social Security and Employee Insurance related issues and Health/Life Claims. Deliver advice, counsel and resolution to managers on a broad range of employee issues such as general HR issues, policy interpretation, work conditions, employee development, and performance management.

Process all HR related documentation and correspondence, approvals and rejections, attendance and leaves, final settlements, provident fund, advance salary and interest free loan for employees.
Accomplish payroll process from start to finalization in each month, manage earning adjustments, one-time payments, stipends and special deductions, and implement internal controls for accuracy.
Monitor and revise employee handbook, maintenance of HR records, and coordination of benefit programs, employee orientation/training, hiring, discipline, and management reports.
Steer efforts towards balancing payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies and providing payroll information by answering questions and requests.
Render a keen eye for details to update payroll records by reviewing changes in exemptions, deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers.
