Key Responsibilities

Design and implement reliable and cost effective systems to safeguard the enterprise systems (hardware, operating system, SAN Storage) and other related infrastructure for the data center.
Monitoring of Operating System and Server performance to recommend necessary system enhancements for optimum utilization of available resources.
Develop and manage backup and restoration activities for disaster recovery strategy for all of the systems and servers
Manages the data center and computer host systems including hardware, software and equipment such as air-conditioning system, UPS (uninterrupted power system) and fire protection system.
Handling OS related queries from end users along with providing support internal IT users and support vendors for smooth and efficient operation
Administration of SAN and all the data related to databases is available 24/7
Registering and transferring of domain and all related queries of website
Monitor and evaluate reporting employees Any Other Projects Assigned by the Management
Manage information technology and computer systems Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures

Key Responsibilities

 Provide all type of IT Solution in all branches. Design, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing
 Plan the stages of the project and how each affects the business; Coordinate with the project team agreeing costs, timescales and standards to be met and monitoring these throughout the project. Work closely with the client to ensure projects are completed on time and to budget
 Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development. Manage& Supervision of all network systems, servers, CCTV systems, PBX, printers, Etc.
 Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. Control the computer systems budgets and expenditures
 Hire and manage information systems personnel and contractors to design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks and information systems
 Provide orientation to new users and train staff about potential uses of existing technology along with providing individual training and support on request

Achievements:

 Designed and installed 700 plus CCTV Cameras in 23 Branches of Bundu khan and config all cameras & DVRs/NVRs to access for online monitoring in Control Room
 Installed Windows Server 2012 & configure AD DS Server, DNS Server, DHCP Sever, Group Policy, VPN, Mailing Exchange Server, ISA Server
 Designed Network System Using LAN\'s, WANs , VLANs, MPLS and config Mikrotik, Pfsense, Routers, Switches, Wireless Access Point, Firewalls, in 23 Branches of Bundu Khan Group
 Installed and managed 100 plus computers & all type of printers
 Developed Call Center system for online ordering
 Designed Local network system and create local servers for taking order in Tab from restaurant customers, and link Tab with kitchen and cash counters pc and printers
