Procurement Responsibilities:
• Managing overall purchase activities; budgeting, Material planning and sourcing of materials for production facilities in all mention company.
• Preparation of Comparative Statement
• Responsible for Purchase management, Vendor development, policy setting and drive cost saving initiatives across the portfolio of packaging and raw materials.
• Ensures that all purchases are made within extensive knowledge in Material Management.
• Ensures that all purchases are made within the budget in an effort to confirm all cost cutting best practices protecting my employer’s bottom line.
• Supplier audits and yearly evaluation in terms of price, quality service in order to maintain.
• Arrange quotation from the parties i.e. Engineering, Electric, Chemicals, Foundry Items etc.
• Preparation of P.O (Purchase Order) Deliver to the parties
• Preparation of Cheque request and pursue them
• Collect the invoice and Bill from the parties & dispatch to site
• Visit to different industries for repairing items
• Preparation Purchase Order (P.O) According to GRN & Clear the JV
• All other tasks that are assigned on time to time basis.
