In my current role, I serve as a pivotal figure in the leadership of ongoing projects, collaborating closely with project managers and program teams to ensure their effective execution. My responsibilities encompass overseeing the timely delivery of projects by donor requirements and established timelines. I actively engage in the development of creative content for both existing projects and new initiatives. Additionally, I lead business development efforts, participating in meetings with existing and potential donors and partners. The comprehensive scope of my role extends to supporting project development, chairing meetings as needed, and approving content and tasks related to programs and projects. I play a key role in the smooth operations of the Shaoor Foundation, both in the workplace and in the field, ensuring the fulfillment of project mandates through hosting events and programs. Furthermore, I bring invaluable experience to complement existing and future organizational projects. As a leader, I analyze team task sheets, and manage projects, partnerships, and people, while also maintaining effective liaison with donors. Crucially, I ensure the implementation and adherence to cross-cutting themes such as Child Safety, Gender, and Environment across all teams and partners, actively enforcing policies related to Gender, Child Protection, Workplace Harassment, and Inclusion.

I played a key role in implementing the Countering Violent Extremism (CVE) course at the university, with primary responsibilities including leading the CVE program through effective coordination among the university focal person, partner organization, and SSDO. I organized and conducted Train the Trainer (TOT) sessions for university faculty on CVE, collaborating with a master trainer and co-trainer. Additionally, I managed the selection and registration of students for CVE mobilization and induction sessions. Working closely with a partner organization, I contributed to the development of CVE content. Furthermore, I delivered impactful CVE training sessions for university students, subsequently guiding them through the implementation of Social Action Projects (SAPs) to apply their learning in practical initiatives.

As a consultant on UNHCR\'s refugee project with Hashoo Foundation, my primary responsibilities involved the design and development of customized training materials. I played a crucial role in translating classroom content into e-Learning-compatible formats and designing online courses that guided users on interpreting and delivering training content effectively. Additionally, I devised strategies to incorporate technology for enhanced instructional delivery and reviewed the target audience\'s preferences and ease of using various technologies. To ensure optimal effectiveness of the E-learning course, I developed modes of assessment. Furthermore, I created supplementary materials such as infographics, mini videos, and curated links to additional sources for each module, contributing to a comprehensive and engaging learning experience.

Lead on the capacity building of universities, CSOs, NGOs with respect to design, quality assurance, implementation and delivery of Active Citizens programme.
Key Accomplishments:
·          Worked closely with Global program partner, Local Programme Partner (School of Leadership) and British Council’s senior management (local, and global) in designing, implementing and evaluating of programme.
·          Oversaw capacity building strand of program, including stakeholder management, market research, development and product launch. Assessed monitoring of the programme, including the production of regular project reports.
·          Designed and delivered the group assessment exercise for YPA candidates, examined candidate’s knowledge on key issues in Pakistan of socioeconomic development, human rights, international affairs, and constitutional structure.
·          Headed pool of 55 master facilitators nationwide, for the delivery of Active Citizens program. Led on the recruitment process of lead facilitators by inviting expression of interest, shortlisting, interviews, assessments and final selection. Formulated selection process of partners in compliance with British Council’s policies and procedures.
·          Examined relationship management and capacity building of 15 national delivery partner organizations (national NGOs, CBOs) and 23 Public Universities across Pakistan especially Vice-Chancellors and AC program coordinators.
·          Managed quality assurance model for Active Citizens Programme (Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh) and implementating a QA model. Planned SOPs/ templates and standards to ensure quality across Society programme.

I have played a central role in the end-to-end management of projects in Pakistan, from program design and development to implementation and ongoing monitoring and evaluation. My outreach efforts involved facilitating workshops for diverse audiences, including teachers, students, and parents, addressing critical issues such as child protection, early marriages, gender-based violence (GBV), and the mental health of children. I instituted a systematic process for team members to regularly maintain financial tracking sheets and project management documentation. Additionally, I developed Terms of Reference (TORs) for research/surveys and played a hands-on role in facilitating these endeavors, ensuring comprehensive report writing. As a leader, I took charge of financial planning and budgeting for education and vocational programs, overseeing project reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, and internal and external audits for the organization. Regularly maintaining monthly, quarterly, and annual program reports, I also played a pivotal role in developing technical proposals for new projects. My responsibilities extended to managing relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and international donors to align with the organization\\\'s policies. Furthermore, I maintained a database of students, parents, partners, and women in the vocational center and supported the local registration process of the organization as Moqah Foundation with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).

In my role, I maintained continuous communication with program partners, including the PETF secretariat, Ministry of Education, NGOs, consultants, private sector companies, and donors. I played a key role in harmonizing procurement processes and reviewed, finalized, and signed off on quarterly work plans and monthly reports for the program. Leading the Project Closure Reports (PCR) for the SEP program, I presented and secured approval from the Programme Board and Head of Department, overseeing the closure of the program in the system. Collaboration with the DFID results and evaluation team was crucial, defining key outcomes and ensuring their achievement, and reporting to the office. Additionally, I actively organized and participated in meetings with key stakeholders, including Michael Barber\'s bimonthly meetings with the Punjab education department, World Bank Pakistan mission, and DFID education partners for Roadmap Stocktake. My involvement extended to facilitating ongoing dialogues with the government and program partners, contributing to drafting clear project documentation and ensuring quality assurance before submission to senior management. I played a vital role in planning and participating in annual reviews, mid-term evaluations, and end-of-project reviews to guarantee value for money in the team\'s program. Furthermore, I supported the lead program manager in finalizing the contract extension with McKinsey on the Punjab Education Roadmap.

In my capacity, I strategically planned, managed, and executed projects, concurrently reinforcing systems and mechanisms to enhance program efficiency. My role involved the examination, evaluation, and reporting of all capacity-building projects, ensuring the achievement of annual growth targets. Contributing to peaceful coexistence in Pakistan through the European Endowment for Democracy (EED), I facilitated financial support by securing donor grants for implementing partners and monitored the effective utilization of these grants. Additionally, I meticulously managed the tracking of received funds from donors, disbursed grants to implementing partners, and prepared Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) for partners and consultants aligned with project activities. Through field visits, I monitored partners\' project activities, collecting case stories, assessing impact based on indicators, and providing crucial technical support. Effectively communicating capacity-building needs to the relevant team, I played a role in fundraising efforts for capacity-building projects and supported marketing, organization, and coordination of training initiatives. Notably, I successfully coordinated the printing and dissemination of the Security booklet for the Church World Service (CWS) across various locations, including Islamabad, Karachi, and Afghanistan, benefiting numerous INGOs and NGO representatives.

In my role, I played a central role in coordinating and contributing to the development of the National Volunteering plan and strategy. Leading the selection of National Volunteering program partners, I actively participated in assessments, reviews, and evaluations. Additionally, I planned, delivered, and administered program development workshops and organizational assessments. One of my key accomplishments was the establishment of a sustained resource bank comprising skilled professionals willing to contribute their time to facilitate youth activities. Collaborating with VSO partners, I established youth forums and linked them to the resource bank, ensuring the effective delivery of resource persons at these forums. I took charge of the Monitoring and Evaluation of Social Action Projects (SAPs), creating case studies of their projects and collating data from their reports. Celebrating International Days, such as International Women’s Day, International Volunteering Day, and HIV and AIDS Day, I actively raised the profile of VSO, the National Volunteering program, and youth efforts. Furthermore, I led the coordination of the Volunteering Programme Development and Management training for Volunteering Involving Organizations (VIOs), advancing agreed activities of the National Volunteering plan, including workshops, trainings, program launches, and reporting of events. Taking a holistic approach, I led international volunteer placements, facilitated volunteer midterm and end-term reviews, and provided essential support. Additionally, I offered mentoring and coaching for youth, fostering the establishment and delivery of social action projects resulting from capacity building in Youth Forums.

I effectively designed, planned, and implemented a comprehensive Teachers\' Training Programme focused on Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) for primary schools. This initiative covered a significant geographical area, including Islamabad, 7 Tehsils of Rawalpindi, and various other parts of Pakistan, such as Chitral, Mastuj, Kaghan, Kotli-Azad Kashmir, Tatta Pani, Abbottabad, Quetta, Sukkur, and Lahore. I meticulously scheduled trainings and meetings, conducted CSA training sessions in schools, and engaged with Parent Teacher Associations and School Management Committees. As an integral team member, I actively contributed to designing the curriculum for the \"Awareness Raising on Child Rights Convention\" campaign, a collaborative effort between Sahil and Plan Pakistan. My role involved coordination with the government education department of Rawalpindi District, including the Executive Education Officer, and collaboration with various development organizations working on children\'s rights. Through these efforts, I aimed to foster awareness and protection against child sexual abuse while actively contributing to campaigns promoting child rights.
