Oversee and manage company’s overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.
Responsible to manager supply chain operations segments i.e. PPC, MRP, Procurement, Store for raw materials, Warehouse for finished goods and Logistics.
To locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies and coordinate with them in order to determine the materials availability and terms of contract.
To analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
To oversee and manage the inventory stock levels by evaluating Master Production Schedule with Bill of Materials and current inventory stock so ultimately place orders for short inventory as per plan.
To maintain optimum inventory stock levels in a way to avoid Over Stock or Under Stock as Under Stock results in halt the production and unable to fulfill seasonal demand of products whereas Over Stock will have an effect on working capital management.
To manage and maintain proper storage of inventories in warehouse following by GMP and HSE requirement.
To develop and implement standard metrics related to warehouse flow.  
To develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies and procedures.
To assist logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment, delivery and returns on products.
To optimize operational resources while executing cost reductions and inventory controls.
To conduct monthly capacity and performance analysis to ensure that forecasts and schedules are aligned and integrated.
To design, review and monitor all the reports including key performance indicators (KPIs) i.e. straight pass analysis, skill matrix, non conformance record etc.
