Generate ideas, Recommendations and suggestions based on analysis conducted on current market dynamics, economic conditions, federal laws and competitor’s tactics to help company grow in the right direction in long run.
Keeping an eye on the sales, stocks, GP and other related aspects of the business thus helping the managers and top regional teams to define the course of the business.
Regularly producing performance analysis reports for different categories (Supermarket and department store products) of Lulu hypermarkets Oman region which enables the concerned authorities to prepare the future promotion, prices and other major strategies.
As I have been working as a regional executive so it’s my duty to serve as a communication medium between the local hypermarkets in different areas of Oman with the regional officials, for that I travel around, visit hypermarkets, and create reports showing the performance of different hypermarkets and present them to Regional executives.
Brand analysis, determining the performance of different brands by comparing their sales, profits, costs etc. over different periods of times and then eventually recommending the brands to be blocked or discontinued. This helps the corporate buyers finalize the brands they are going to continue and the ones they must let go based on my analysis.
Worked using BI Tools and possess skills to help interpret raw data into useful information which eventually helps in making major business decisions.
·Plan and implement all the POS promotions such as half Pay back, buy 2 get 1, coupon and Voucher Promotions etc. of Lulu hypermarkets in Oman.
Proficient in using SAP and have been creating Vistex Agreements like charge Back and display related agreements.
