I have more than Nine years multi-sectoral experience as I have worked with international and national organization in different projects including sustainable livelihood, education, child protection, reconstruction, psycho-social support in different parts of Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa. My varied experiences with people from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds have endowed me with strong communication and cross-cultural interpersonal skills.
Recently I am working as Project Supervisor /Training Officer in RIGHT TO PLAYS Pakistan. I being the part of an active member have to perform a lot of multiple tasks during my job some of the major achievement during this short time period are Participated in UNOCHA cluster meetings and represent Danish Refugee Council. With the coordination of UN agencies, NGOs, district government, local authorities and community project intervention areas have been identified. We have integrated gender analysis during assessment, programme design, implementation and monitoring during one month project implemented by implementation partner. We have ensured participation of community groups in the design, delivery and monitoring of project activities especially during the selection of EVIs, distribution and post monitoring of NFI distribution. I have also worked within an agreed work plan and ensured timely attention to priority tasks. I have played a leading role in the implementation of DRCs livelihood activities, in coordination with Project Manager. Prepared reports on project progress and constraints and proposed corrective actions where necessary
