• To assist in preparation of pension cases.
• Pay fixation on promotion those who promoted.
• To make entries in service books of CAA personal.
• Maintain Medical record of CAA MIAP Employees.
• To do Dairy & Dispatch work inside & outside of MIAP.

• Assist the HR manager in planning of Organizational recruitment.
• Maintaining personal files and documentation of company employees.
• Maintaining leaves records and attendance system.
• Interviewing the candidates for new hiring.
• Explaining the policies, procedures, and benefits to the new selected employees
• Making clearance of the employees resigned or retired.

Operation Department:
Major responsibilities are:-
• To responsible for the assurance of quality services provided by the company.
• Co-ordination with the workshop and other terminals regarding drop times and smooth operation
• Taking immediate decisive measures at the spot on the complaint of running Operations.
• To overcome the complaints of passengers regarding travelling and others

Cargo Department:
Major responsibilities are
• Cash handling.
• Dispatch the consignments booked for different cities.
• Dispatch the buses in time after laid in cargo consignment .
• Performing Booking and Delivery duties of shipments coming from other terminals on counters in computer oriented environment.
• Maintain of Sale Reports of Cargo on daily as well as monthly basis.
• Proper Storage of incoming consignments as well as outgoing articles by implementing modern storage methodologies in company stores (LIFO,FIFO)
• Managing consignments on Good’s inward and out ward registers.
Maintaining inquiry report against the complaints registered about Daewoo cargo.
