• Perfectly deal with the market, Get involved in the process of procurement.
• Starts process of RFQ – implement compliance of company about selection of Vendor, Get quotations & samples for the technical evaluation of material.
• Negotiate on rates & delivery method include payment terms.
• Prepare Comparative Statement & proceed for approval to lock the rate.
• Issuing PO’s & and keep dully signed copies of PO’s & work orders. Award Contract to approved vendor.
• G.S.T registration, Active Tax payer certification, checkout none blacklisted and other documents before issuance of Purchase Order (PO).
• Dispatch the material on responsibility and ensure that the material will deliver safely. Check all report on goods receiving – collection of Invoice & GRN’s.
Receive the survey data of advertising & branding from surveyors. Arrange the surveys in presentable form like excel & PPT and share with relevant client for approval.
• Handover approved survey to operations team for the printing & production of OCD as per survey.
• Deploy an execution team for the branding of the vinyl, flex, lamination and delivering the OCD on site.
• Collect the reports and execution pictures from execution team and shared with client.
• Receive the customers call on Easypaisa helpline (3737), Answering the customer quires.
• Dealing with the customer complaints. Resolving product/service issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing ongoing technical assistance to customers.
• Apart from answering questions and resolving issues, the primary responsibility was to assisting customers and ensuring a positive service experience and customer satisfaction.
