As a Property Consultant, my duties are following:
* Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration; Negotiate prices.
* Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price; Appraise property values.
* Making calls on daily basis to create opportunities.
* Strengthen links with other Real Estate Consultants to provide them a platform to work, where they feel free to work with us.

Research market and trend actively. Market and selling it through social media sites.

Collaboration with overseas and local clients via Email, WhatsApp, calls and meetings.
Make their documents process through verification and attesting.
Maximize sale from generated leads, and update Data base on daily basis

Monitor day to day financial operations within the firm, such as, invoicing, payrolls etc.
Calculate ROI of investors according to their investment.
Maximize firm’s revenue by searching new investment plans and investors.

Demonstrating proper use of makeup and skin care products.
Acknowledge clients on prices and special offers via email, WhatsApp, calls and arrange get together.
Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics and skin care products based on their preferences.
Have generated a team of 5 members and supervise them to maximize sale.

I was selected on merit for SBP Summer Internship Program, 2017, I was internee at export overdue and monitoring department in SBP-BSC. There i worked on a project which is \'Export overdue cases in Pakistan\' and moreover i worked on CPEC project, which is related to trucking sector. in that project i have highlighted many areas including; Current conditions of trucking industry, Local truck manufacturer in Pakistan, Issues, International standards of trucking industry, Significance of trucking reforms and improvement, etc.

in meezan bank, i was working as a personal banking officer and deal with customers, give them products knowledge, and convince them to avail offers. i have also opened accounts of different customers. it was a knowledgeable experience for me. at the end i have submitted report of my entire period or internship.

I was selected on merit basis for PSO Summer Internship program, 2016. i was worked at account payable department and marketing finance department. at that time, a new lubricant was near to launch, so i also worked on that project.
