Responsibilities:-

Evaluate the change stories/requirements/enhancement, build test strategy and test the desktop application release through various testing processes like functional, non-functional, smoke testing etc.
Execute Black Box/System Testing, Integration Testing, and Database Testing.
Collaborate with developers on troubleshooting and diagnostics for issues.
Collaborate with the developers to optimize the user-facing elements and resolve the issues and also working on the new features.
To participate in the entire lifecycle of products, focusing on analyzing.
Verify deliverables in a production environment.
Using Qase as a test case management tool for writing test cases.
Using TFS as a bug tracking tool to report, track and monitor the bugs.
