Responsible for the Monitoring, payments and Monthly billing of the Landfill,
GTS and FEC, including the Solid Waste Management Plan.
Creating and issuing Note sheet for (FEC, LFS & MIDDLE END
CONTRACTOR).
Evaluates data, plans, trends and issues concerning solid waste disposal and the
operation of the Landfill.
Investigated and resolved public inquiries and complaints in timely and
empathetic manners.
Central Management System (CMS) monitoring and analysis the system and
extracting the report (Daily, Monthly and as par Need).
Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.


 

There was work in rotational shifts (Morning, Evening and Night).
Handling a high volume of calls per day with an efficient and expedient handle
time.
Handling and resolving customer complaints/ queries over phone.
Manage customer bank accounts; open, close credit card and overseas
transactions.
Providing customers with relevant product and service information.
Cross selling various banking products to customers over phone.
Handle incoming correspondence such as answering emails, and received calls
from internal and external sources rearguing multiple financial accounts.

To operate and monitoring CCTV & Security at Bankislami Pakistan Ltd, All in Pakistan
380 branches in 101 Cities online branches, within the Control Centre in a professional and
efficient manner.
To Monitor CCTV and Check ATM Anti Skimming Devices is Shift-wise Morning,
Evening & Night.
To prepare daily CCTV Monitoring reports and informed to Respected HOD Government
Relation & Security and concerned Dept.
Any complain regarding CCTV Closed-circuit television Cameras. System and DVR system
informed to concerned Department and HOD.
To trained the new employees about CCTV & DVR System and monitor CCTV cameras
and operate associated equipment in the CCTV Control Room.
If any unusual incident occurred in any BIPL Branch immediately informed to Respected
HOD and relevant authoress.

 

There Installation and configuration of IBM, Compaq, DEL & Unbranded PC’s
laptops various internal and external devices.
Compatible running on different operating systems such as MS DOS, WINDOWS
NT Server 4.0, and WINDOWS Server and all running OS.
Plan, design, assemble, and troubleshooting computers and related equipment
Supervise and inspect the installation and testing of computers.
Troubleshooting, analysing and repairing problems of computer elements such
desktop computers, laptops and various components/peripherals of an IT network.
Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
