• To control the expenses budget & handle petty cash according to the office
procedures.
• Record and maintain inventory of the office assets.
• Provide logistics support to the office activities.
• Assist management for procurement of stationery, computers, or any
equipment for the office usage.
• Conducting recruitment and selection activities.
• Assist in training & development activities.
• Job responsibilities, increments and renewal of contracts.
• Assist in conducting personal interviews & performance appraisal.
• Assist in probation evaluation of regional employees.
• Provide weekly/Monthly MIS to corporate HR.
• Purchase process of office supplies.
• Prepare periodical reports and present to Management.
Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record keeping
systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements;
implementing changes.
Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data,
and identifying solutions.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects;
expediting work results
Monitors supplies and equipment necessary to ensure continuous operations. Contacts
vendors to research new products and pricing and coordinates delivery and installation of
software, hardware, and network components. Maintains the proper inventory level of
computer supplies.
This includes updating inventory control sheets, ordering supplies and
getting emergency supplies from the storeroom.
Maintains a variety of documentation, including operations procedures, tape libraries, and
error logs.
