Managing IT Operations of more than 400 campuses of Unique/Business Partners and Clients.

Software QA:
Identifies, analyze, and documents defects, questionable functions, errors and inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, online screens and bugs in software
Assists users to isolate possible problems in software after implementation.
