Supervision and Final inspection of all Mechanical work including
Eraction & commissioning of Mechanical Equipments like (Boiler, Turbine & Turbine Generators, Pumps,
Air Compressor & Dryer, Pressure vessels, Heat Exchanger, Air Pre-Heater & Super Heaters, Economizer,
DM and RO water System, Waste water Treatment System, Deaerator, Coal Handling System etc.
Fabrication & Eraction of all Mechanical Reserve Tanks of S.S & C.S & Piping of C.S, S.S & GRP (Fit-up &
lamination) & PVC and Steel structure including H beams, Channels & Columns.
Final Inspection of all Welding work including WQT, Heat treatment and preparation of M.S, PQR, WPS &
Welding Summary sheet for the welding work for all plant welding work & as well responsible to give
welding training session to contractors.
Incoming Material inspection.
Supervision of All NDT coordination & reviewing of reports & RT films.
Supervision of Hydro testing of piping spools.
Responsible for final Sand blasting & Painting Inspection.
Preparation of test pack formats and final approval from client
Review of Test pack documents (Welding summary according to IFC drawings, NDT reports, Holiday test
reports, PWHT reports, Drawing index, support index, Blinds)
Punch Listing & Punch killing verification
Get clients review and release for Hydro.

Eraction & Commissioning of Estruagua Spain Waste water treatment Equipments including Pumps, Motors,
Scrappers, Membranes, Sluice gates, Ducting system & Chemical treatment Plant at TP-I.
Supervising activates & team for Operation & Maintenance of TP-III plant.
Technical and Commercial Evaluation of Quotations.
Ensuring appropriate purchasing of equipments, construction & maintenance goods and/or services at the
best possible total cost of ownership to meet the need of the end user.
Inspection of Delivered items.
Responsible for pipes calculations, verification of the right material for the pipes, Hydraulic and CAD
designing of the equipment parts.
Preparing mechanical material submittals for the approval.
Monitoring mechanical works on site.

fabrication & welding.
Final Inspection of all Welding work including WQT, preparation of M.S, PQR, WPS & Welding Summary sheet
for the welding work for all welding work.
Supervision of Refractory material work.
Supervision of Hydro testing of piping spools.
Responsible for final Sand blasting & Painting Inspection.
Preparation of test packs formats and final approval from client.
Review of Test pack documents (Welding summary according to IFC drawings, NDT reports, Drawing index,
support index, Blinds)
Punch Listing & Punch killing verification.

Supervising the Team and all Management at Site.
Site verification of piping Plan before Designing of piping, supports and Structure.
Good working experience of P & ID, Piping Plan & Elevation and Isometric Drawing.
Making of As Built Data and Layout of Oil Facility.
Designing of the associated Mains piping for Boiler and new Piping Mechanical System for the Improvement
of Firefighting system.
Mechanical Documentation and Reports.
Providing Isometrics, Drawings, and Data to client.
Managing the whole Project and client.
Developing the BOQ.

Training of Mechanical Engineering operation and Technical Handling of production.

Inspection and Supervision of Installation & Commissioning work of Boilers, Turbine, Piping, and Structure.
Inspection and Supervision of Quality Control activities like fabrication, welding and installation.
Inspection and supervision of Boilers Hydro testing and then its operation.
Designing as per site requirement.

Aircraft's Maintainanc & Engineering Operation Training.
