Major Responsibilities with organizations
• Manage all the Import and Export documents and procedures from beginning till end.
• Book Keeping and Accounting
 Preparation of various type of Vouchers i.e. Receipt, Payment & Journal Vouchers etc.
 Posting of Transactions of all type of vouchers in General Ledgers.
 Scrutiny of all Ledgers accounts and prepares journal entries thereof.
 Finalize the accounts & extract Trial Balance.

• Receipts Process
 Issuance of Invoices / Bills to debtors (clients) along with a covering letter and necessary supports upon instructions of company’s Sales & Services Department.
 Pursue the receivable invoices / balances through Telecom, Email and Reminder Letter.
 To collect the invoicing / receivable amount (cheque) from debtors and issue them an Official Receipt.
 To deposit the collected amount (cheque) into company’s bank account.
 To take confirmation from bank regarding cleared or un-cleared cheques on daily basis.

• Supervision, Verification & Reconciliation.
 Reconciliation of Bank Accounts & Statements
 Reconciliation of Payable and Receivable Accounts.
