Name of Project: Diamer Basha Dam Project.
The PowerChina-FWO JV awarded MW1 works in August 2020 which including Construction of 272 meter Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) gravity dam which is the highest RCC dam in the world, construction of Spillway (14 gates), Diversion tunnels, headrace tunnels, sedimentation flushing tunnel, permanent & temporary roads & bridges, design and construction of additionally 21 MW Tangir Hydropower. The total cost of MW1 is 2.7 Billion USD.
I managed all aspects of Contract Administration, preparing claims, drafting reports, letters, and Minutes of Meetings including overseeing the QS team for IPCs. I also liaised with clients and consultants to ensure effective contractual communication.

Name of Project: 720 MW Karot Hydropower Project.
EPC Contractor, Yangtze Three Gorges Technology & Economy Development Co. Ltd. (TGDC) is part of China Three Gorges Corporation (CTG) https://www.ctg.com.cn/en/.My responsibilities were preparation of Milestone Application, Interim Payment, Variation order & Claim management, hiring third parties, verification of Sub contractor invoices, letter drafting & maintaining correspondence, Monitoring contracts & commercial related issues for the whole project. Maintaining online database.

Project Name: 720 MW Karot Hydropower Project.
Client: Karot Power Company Limited (KPCL)
EC Contractor: Three Gorges Economy Development Company (TGDC)
P Contractor: China Machinery & Electric Company (CMEC).
EPC Cost: 1.28 Billion USD
The project is designed exclusively for power generation under Build Own Operate Transfer (BOOT) basis with a concession period of 30 years. It has an asphalt core rock-fill dam of 95.5 m height, 26700km2 catchment area, a separate spillway, intake structure, 3 diversion tunnels(12.5d), 4 power tunnels and a surface powerhouse(164.9x27x60.5m) containing 4x180MW Francis turbines with mean annual power generation of 3,206 million kW/h. Storage of Reservoir 1.52x108m3. Lenders of the project are China\'s Silk Road Fund, International Finance Corporation, The Export-Import Bank of China and China Development Bank. The EPC/Turnkey project. PPIB Project. Part of CPEC. My responsibilities were verification of milestone, payments, project variation, escalation, cost claim, and other related contractual matter as per FIDIC Silver for EC and P Contractors.

Name of Project: Golen Gol Hydropower Project.
Project is funded by three donors OPEF Fund for International Development (OFID), Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development and Saudi fund for Development. The scheme designed for the generation of 108 MW consisting of three units in one phase. Public Sector Project.
My responsibilities are: Checking of IPC’s, Escalation, Rate analysis and VO for all Lots i.e. hydraulic structures, tunnel, road, bridges, Powerhouse, grid station, Switchyard, transmission line (132 & 220kV), electrical and mechanical work.

Responsible for Three Projects. Preparation of IPCs and prepare bill for Sub-Contractors. Bar Bending Schedule. Calculate the quantities of road cut & fill sub-base, WBM, base course, asphaltic work, electrical, water supply sewerage, drainage System etc and DHA building work

Name of Project: Construction of Flyover at Takht Bhai on N-45.
Preparation of Interim Payment Certificate, Bar Bending schedule, Shop drawing, dealing with client and EA consultant according to work and extension of Flyover 225m to 425m (25x17) revision of B.O.Q, realignment of Flyover and prepare complete drawing for extended portion with coordinates. 84 piles 153 girders. To Controls contractor’s price value.

Client: Polish Oil and Gas Company Pakistan.
This facility is handling 15 MMscfd of Raw Gas, about 10 BPD of condensate and 200 BPD of produced water on EPCC basis according to specifications of Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGCL). PGNiG Partner JV with Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL). MYCO Engineers was Sub-Contractor with EPC PSS. My responsibilities were; preparation of IPC, rate analysis, shop drawings, B.B.S and weakly & monthly work schedules. Calculation of quantities like as pad strip foundations, evaporation pond, condensate storage, firefighting system, gathering manifold, metering skid, air compressors, inlet, discharge piping, cutting & Filling of plot areas included Residence. PGNiG on 25th June 2013 has commenced gas production from Rehman reservoir block # 2667-7.

Name of Project: 747 MW (Gross) Combined Cycle Power Plant.
EPC Contractor: Harbin Electric International Company Ltd.
AKS was Sub-Contractor with China Company (HEI). Preparation of Interim Payment Certificate, Shop Drawings, Bar Bending & Work Schedules etc and getting approval from Chinese Engineer. Bills for Sub-Contractors, Calculation of quantities of RCC work like as Cooling Tower, Pump House A, Pump House B, Intake & Open Channel, Mini Coffer Dame, Chlorination Building, C.W Pipe Line RCC pipe line syphon well, Drainage & Discharge Culvert for Thermal Power Plant. Supervision of site work included Management of Project activities & Contractor’s invoices. EPC Project.

Name of Project: Kach-Shahrag-Harnai Road Project ICB-07.
Responsible for Checking of Interim Payment Certificate, Escalation Payment Certificate, Shop Drawings and Bar Bending for Three Bridges , 269 culverts 12 causeway 84 retaining walls and other protection & drainage work. Due to shortage of consultancy staff at site I was also responsible for supervision of survey and quality work Calculate Quantity of Earth Works, Structural works. Variation Order at the project and Prepare the Monthly Progress Report. Record maintain and File Keeping. Road Length 93 KM

Name of Project: Sanjawi-Dukki Road Project. ICB-09.
Preparation of Interim Payment Certificate. Prepare the Bills for Sub Contractor. Plotting the X-Section. Preparation of Variation order. Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule & Shop Drawing for four bridges, culverts and syphonwell. Inspection of site work including checking of Steel and Layout as per drawings. Dealing with client according to the work. 29 KM Road, 123 Numbers of Culverts and Four Bridges. Project was funded by ADB under the BRDSP (Balochistan Road Development Sector Project)
