Myself Muhammad Asim Raza, and I am working as "Research Executive" in "maxim agri (Pvt) Ltd Lahore since one and a half year. we have conducted the research trials for the production of different seed products including (corn, alfalfa and rhodes grass). we have a sale team which set a target of seed sale in a season and they sale our seed products which we provide them for a seasonal target. we enjoyed a lot with team work and facilitate each other in every matter regarding our products and sale sense.

we have a sale team for seed products. And I am doing work here as sale coordinator. I managed the sale team and check the activities of each and every person at every time. And also facilitate the team members whenever they have any type to help from my side so that they done their work efficiently and achieve their targets easily. We have a friendly environment there and everybody can say everything that he has in his mind without any hesitations. And he appreciated if he raised a legal or valid point. We enjoyed our team work very well.
