I am Shiza Imran, and I represent dedication and commitment. I have done Bachelors in Mass Communication and the eight semesters have provided me with a handful of experiences that have shaped me into a confident person that I am today.
Over the years I have taken up all sorts of opportunities that came my way and I did not hesitate in giving my best to them. My field is all about creativity and communication, thus thinking creatively and critically, managing group work, exploring the world and keeping in-depth knowledge about it, developing relationships and how to maintain them, have been trained into me; and being an outgoing, social person; I enjoy it.
On a side note, I gathered more experiences through internships and extracurricular activities, mentioned in my CV, I have the experience of marketing, social media and photography, writing and most important of all, tackling situations. I noticed a different power every time I took up a responsibility and work. I was never fine with giving my average, I have always wanted to give my best to everything I do. Being a people's person has been my ability since birth so that has benefited me in my journey.
My entire career orientation is towards challenge based creative work that helps me perform up to my full potential, and I make sure to reach the goal that has been set in front of me.

Intern Human Resources
Worked for four departments under Human Resources division which Include: People Operations, Talent Management, Leadership & development and Employer Branding.
Tasks conducted:
- Data Analyzing & Categorizing
- Data Maintenance
- Managing Event Operations (Logistics and Invites)
- Negotiations with participants of events
- Constructing write ups for internal communication purposes
- Creating data summary, reports & Presentation
- Constructing Feedback forms and their reports
- Handled Linkedin Learning queries
- Dealt with stakeholders involved in daily projects and tasks
- Successfully managed and completed urgent tasks within time
Strategic and creative Intern
Worked in strategy, media and creative departments of Interflow. I achieved the First-hand experience of their projects and also contributed towards them.
Deputy Director Marketing & Sponsorships
Managed the team and portfolio operations before and during the event \"Olympiad\" held by NUST university, and raised food and monetary sponsors for the event.
Intern
An equal amount of time was spent in each department including editing, production and newsroom. I did my part of responsibilities in each department.
Medical Staff Affairs Intern
My experience at Shifa involved managing all the data over MS Word and management of staff.
Teacher\'s Assistant
I was responsible for handling children of kindergarten along with the teacher and assisting her with the specified work.
