· Currently working in After Sales & Service department as an Executive.
· Responsible of making warranty parts claims (ITN) of customers by posting in warranty operating system called BAAN.
· Responsible of making warranty parts claims (ITN) of dealership, which they send through mail.
· Responsible to send outstanding defective parts list to dealership.
· At the end of each month after closing dealership accounts making gate passes so the defective department able to send parts to concern vendors.
· At the end of each month making demand of warranty parts by considering average monthly consumption in mind and also make sure that we have enough safety stock.
· After receiving sales order from market responsible to make sale invoice & CAV and made sure that they are submitting money according to the order amount.
· Ensuring customers are treated fairly and they are receiving excellent service in accordance with industry and company guidelines.
